Recipe for Dal Khichdi

1 cup of basmati rice
1/2 cup of tuvar daal/arhar ki daal
2 tablespoons of ghee
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
a pinch of asafoetida
1 tablespoon of powdered coriander seeds
